TCooking 101

Description: Learn to make fun meals for you, your family, and your friends. These are easy meals that anyone can make from hamburgers, homemade pizza, pasta, melts, fresh bread and more.

Please note:  This is a one-hour class and the tuition has been prorated accordingly.

Tutor: Rob Barrett, Jr. is a resident of Eden Prairie, a husband to Jan for 34 years, and a father to Katie, 30, and Ellie, 27.
He has worked in the marketing and music industry producing music and commercials for KARE, Disney, Sesame Street, Best Buy, Target, Dayton’s, McDonald’s, Pepsi and many others. He co-wrote the Wild hockey team theme song.

He is the host and producer of the popular cooking show Cooking for Dads and has appeared on the Today Show, in the New York Times, USA Today, the Guardian, and hundreds of TV and radio segments. His cooking videos have millions of views.
Rob has been a professor at North Central University in Minneapolis teaching music production, music business and Adulting 101.

Rob has recently worked on two movies for the Patterns of Evidence franchise as well as a TV show for the Sportsman Channel. He edited, scripted and underscored them.
He has worked in Pakistan, Ethiopia, The Sudan, Uganda, Chad, the Congo, Tunisia and many other countries, helping people form businesses and record their music.
Barrett is an avid artist working in copper sculpture, wood, and stone. He is a published poet and photographer.
He has spent many hours coaching his daughters’ volleyball, basketball, and soccer teams. He is an avid pickle baller.

Cost:  $206, $216, or $226 per semester (depending on registration date)
