Description: Artificial Intelligence is changing the world, but how do we use it wisely? In this class, students will explore the ethical questions raised by AI technologies while gaining hands-on experience using the free version of ChatGPT and other language learning models (LLMs). Through engaging discussions, case studies, and interactive projects, students will examine real-world issues such as bias in algorithms, data privacy, academic integrity, and the impact of AI on jobs and society. Students will also complete creative and practical assignments using ChatGPT, learning how to critically evaluate its responses, use it responsibly, and recognize its limitations. This course emphasizes critical thinking, digital literacy, and ethical decision-making in an increasingly AI-driven world.
