Length: Full Year Class Period: Wednesday, period 3

Description: Ever wonder why people think, feel, and act the way they do? In this full-year high school course, we’ll dive into the fascinating world of psychology, the study of human behavior and mental processes. We will also explore how biblical truth shapes our understanding of the mind, identity, and relationships as well.

We'll tackle big questions like:

  • How do our brains influence our behavior?
  • What shapes our personalities?
  • How do we grow and change over time?
  • How can we manage stress and support mental health in     a way that honors God?

Throughout the course, you’ll explore major psychological theories and real-world case studies through a Christian worldview. Each module blends scientific insight with biblical truth to help you think critically and compassionately about yourself and others. Whether you're curious about what makes people tick or thinking about a career in counseling, ministry, or healthcare, this course will equip you with a solid foundation in psychology—grounded in God's Word.
