Tutor: Christina Sluka
|Length: Full Year||Class Period: Thursday, 9:45 - 1:45|
Description: This class will explore classic children's literature while learning about history, geography, science, math, art, and writing. Students will have the opportunity to work collaboratively and individually. Each child will also prepare one topic to share with the class per semester. This is a great opportunity to build friendships while discovering new things about God, His world, and their role in it.
Kids will be invited to sing a song for the Christmas program and Spring showcase.
Snacks, Lunch, and Water Bottles: Children can bring a water bottle and a simple, healthy snack. Apple slices, a banana, or cut vegetables are great options. Students will also need to bring a sack lunch and will be supervised during their lunch period.
Covid - 19 Contingency Plan - In the event that we are forced to transition to online classes at any point in the school year, this class will meet on zoom at the same scheduled time as class, Thursday from 9:45-11:30 am and 12-1:45 pm.
This class runs from 9:45 - 1:45, which is reflected in the tuition amount listed
on the registration form. Contact
