|Length: Semester Class or Full Year||Class Period: Thursday mornings from 9:45 - 10:30 a.m. (during period 1)|
Description: Who am I? What is a young woman? What does womanhood actually mean anyway? In our society it can be very confusing. This group will be a safe place to hang out and talk about the real stuff and the significant questions all girls have (like what’s the point of purity? Modesty? Femininity?) in the light of God’s Truth and what He says about us. We will be going through Hannah Farver’s devotional for teen-girls Uncompromising: A Heart Claimed by a Radical Love - a collection of “field notes” from the author’s own search for answers…and the story of how she stumbled upon the one Cause worth dying for. We will also be learning how to grow in our faith and character by studying God’s Word - 1 & 2 Timothy - and praying for each other and the real things going on in our lives. Each week we will come together with our findings and questions, and seek to discover a deeper realization of who God is and in Him who we are - beautiful daughters of the King of kings.
Note: This class is 45 minutes in length. The tuition will be prorated accordingly.
