Description: In this class we will celebrate how wonderfully made we are and will be encouraged to take good care of our bodies.  We will explore movement, coordination, ball handling and sport skills.  We will engage in team relays and many group games.  The goal being fitness and fun!  Students should wear t-shirt, loose-fitting shorts or pants and gym shoes.

This is a full year class, but new students are welcome to join second semester.

Tutor: Michael Nelson is a graduate of Bethel University's Biokinetics program with an emphasis in exercise science. He currently works as a personal trainer for adults and student athletes.  He is also the girls volleyball strength and agility coach for a local high school.  Mike has experience training adults, athletes of all ages and sports, and individuals with mental and physical disabilities. He has a huge heart for kids and youth.  He was the Bethel Buddies Coordinator while in college, working with inner city kids, and has been volunteering with the youth groups at his church for years.  In his free time he enjoys working out, playing basketball, and spending time with his wife, Olivia.

Cost:  $105, $115, or $125 per semester (depending on registration date)

Supplies: Students should wear t-shirt, loose-fitting shorts or pants and gym shoes.  They should also bring a water bottle.
