Dear Parents,
The first week of CHAT, Tina Culbertson will be available in the Glory Cafe area from 8:15 to 3:00 on both Wednesday and Thursday to take student pictures. Tina's flyer is at the bottom of this email and also attached. Parents are under no obligation to purchase a picture package, but all students must get their picture taken for their student ID.
Here's how it works:
Tina will be available to take pictures beginning at 8:15. Students can get in line to get their pictures taken at any time during the day. There is no money exchanged so no need to worry about that. All students will be issued a private online gallery to view their proofs for placing an order. The photographer will select the photo for the ID card. Those who place an order by the group order deadline will get an email when pictures are ready to be picked up at CHAT at the monitor table.
For parents of eCHAT students, it is up to you to either instruct your son/daughter to stop by and get in line for a picture, or you can come and accompany them to get their picture taken. We will not be taking time out of class for pictures. Students who have a full schedule might want to try to get their picture done either before classes start of during lunch.
Since we have many eCHAT students needing to get their pictures taken on Thursday, we would appreciate it if CHAT students who come both days could get their pictures taken on Wednesday.
IMPORTANT NOTE: To facilitate the larger turnout on the Thursday morning picture day, we are asking parents to sign their child up for a picture slot if you want pictures taken between 8:15am - 9:15am. If you aren't planning on coming on Thursday morning between 8:15am - 9:15 am for pictures, you do NOT need to sign up for a slot. You are welcome to drop by any other time on Wednesday or Thursday.
