CHAT Registration

Registration for CHAT classes is done online.  You can choose to pay by Paypal, check, or bank transfer, but you must begin by filling out the online registration.  If you choose to pay by check you must mail your check immediately after you submit your registration online.  If your check is not received within 72 hours of submitting your online registration, your registration is automatically deleted.

Please make sure to read through the Registration and Enrollment Policies in the handbook, before registering, as there are many changes from last year's registration process.

Registration for Fall classes will be open on May 1.  At that time, the registration form will be available from the link below.

Registering for the Fall Semester

  • Every family needs to fill out a Full Registration in the fall.
  • If you want to add a student later who was not included in your full registration, you will need to fill out a Full Registration for that student.  (You can include a student on your original full form and not sign them up for classes if you plan on adding classes at a later date.)
  • If you want to add more classes for a student who is already registered, select the Add a Class button.

Registering for the Spring Semester

  • Families joining CHAT midyear need to fill out a Full Registration.
  • Continuing families who are adding a child who did not take classes, and that student was not entered on the fall's full registration form in the fall, will need to fill out a Full Registration.
  • All other continuing families should choose the Continuing Families option.
  • If you want to add more classes for a student who is already registered, select the Add a Class button.
